2. Research: Explore various web design companies or freelancers, reviewing their portfolios, client testimonials, and pricing structures to find a suitable match.

3. Set a budget: Determine your budget range for the project and ensure it aligns with the quality and expertise you seek.

4. Request proposals: Reach out to selected designers with a detailed project brief and request proposals outlining their approach, timeline, and cost estimates.

5. Evaluate portfolios: Assess the quality and style of each designer’s previous work to gauge their suitability for your project.

6. Communication is key: Choose a designer who communicates effectively and understands your vision, ensuring a smooth collaboration throughout the project.

7. Check references: Reach out to past clients or read reviews to verify the designer’s reliability, professionalism, and ability to deliver on their promises.

8. Clarify terms: Review contracts or agreements carefully, clarifying terms regarding payment schedules, revisions, and ownership rights to avoid misunderstandings later on.

9. Prioritize user experience: Ensure the designer prioritizes user experience and incorporates responsive design principles to create a seamless browsing experience across devices.

10. Seek ongoing support: Choose a designer who offers ongoing support and maintenance services to keep your website running smoothly after launch.

We require all text/copy content for the website upfront, as well as logo original files (photoshop or illustrator) and the login to current site (if any) and hosting/domain provider account.

We look at your content, your competitors and the industry in general. We then build up the first version (Homepage) and send you the link. From that point onwards we begin an iterative feedback based process until everyone is happy with the end result.

We see themes as a means of saving time and money for our clients as we don’t have to re-invent the wheel when it comes to producing complex integrations and sophisticated page structures. The premium themes we use come packed with tech integration – our designs are all custom.

On our projects we offer 4 major revisions (feedback cycles). This is to create some structure to the project. Of course if there are some minor changes and cosmetic revisions or text/image replacement change requests we don’t consider as feedback revisions. We try to be as flexible as we can.

We provide status updates on each step and in most cases it’s better to have your response in writing so as to be able to cross-reference any changes.

Choose to pay for your project per milestone by only paying when it’s time to start a new one or decide on a 1-time payment. This will be on the invoice we send to you as an agreement before you make a payment.
